• “University” refers to Western Pacific University (WPU).
• “User”, “You”, or “Learner” refers to any individual accessing or using the platform.
• “Content” includes courses, videos, text, assessments, quizzes, podcasts, documents, and other learning materials.
• “Services” refers to all educational, digital, and support services provided through the platform.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify LearnXPlus immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

3. Use of the Platform

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or share harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• Disrupt platform functionality or other users’ learning experiences
• Engage in plagiarism, cheating, or academic misconduct

• Course availability, content, structure, and delivery methods may change at the University’s discretion.
• Enrolment in a course does not guarantee certification or qualification unless stated explicitly.
• Access to LearnXPlus content may require payment or subscription, subject to separate terms.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

• Certain courses or LearnXPlus services may require fees.
• All fees must be paid in full before access is granted unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the University’s refund policy and course-specific terms.
• The University reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All platform content is the intellectual property of Western Pacific University or its licensors.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access content for personal educational use only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

7. User Generated Content

• Users may contribute content through forums, blogs, discussions, or assessments.
• By submitting content, you grant the University a non-exclusive right to use it for educational and operational purposes.
• You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
